  1. Thanks for the replies guys. I'll check the bay and see if I can find them now that I know what to look for. Much appreciated.
  2. It's not Dupli-color, but http://www.automotivetouchup.com can mix just about any color you'd like. Enter the year, make and model and a list pops up to choose from. You can order as little as a 1/2 oz up to a gallon. A 12 oz rattlecan runs about 20.00.
  3. I would like to build a model of the truck in this picture: I know the Lil Red Truck will give me the cab and frame, but does someone make an aftermarket fleetside bed? Any help is greatly appreciated.
  4. Man, that is a SHARP Cuda! I just found the color for the Cuda in my stash. Thank you.
  5. Thanks, I think my grandkids will like it.
  6. Very nice upgrade. I like your shelves for your stash. Handy!
  7. Bill, maybe with a little finagling I can make one fit the other. I'll just have to see when I get the GTX.
  8. Thanks for the help guys. I found some pics of the Revell '71 Road Runner GTX and bought one off the 'Bay. It has the interior I was looking for.
  9. OK, thank you John. David, that's exactly what I needed. Thank you.
  10. I'm working on a '71 Super Bee like my brother-in-law has. I started with the AMT '71 Charger R/T but it has a front bench seat and I need bucket seats and the console. Is there a Mopar model that I can swap tubs with to get the seats and console? The '71 Hemi Cuda has the bucket seats but the console isn't exactly right. I've included a picture of what I am looking for. Thanks for any help in advance.
  11. I ran across this picture and the inspiration hit me that I want to build one like it. My problem is I can't find anymore pics that show the side or the trunk lid to see where to tape the break line. Has anyone seen this car and have pics of it or can furnish a link to more pics? I appreciate any help in advance.
  12. I ran across this today and found it interesting. I thought I would share. http://driving.ca/chevrolet/auto-news/entertainment/the-9-mid-engine-corvette-concepts-chevrolet-almost-built
  13. Hobbylinc has the 2' x 3' mat for 22.49. http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/hca/hcahcar0456.htm
  14. I kinda dig this one. It reminds me of one that might live in Radiator Springs.
  15. I like the back deck as well. Nice looking car.
  16. Two words: Positively Sexy! And I'm in the over 50 bunch.
  17. Or read an analog clock(she's a junior in college).
  18. It turned out great. The deal about having metal axles is not a bad idea. I may try to make them if I can figure out a way.
  19. Dave, great looking build. I like the choice of colors.
  20. Sorry I haven't answered until now, but I have been in the hospital since noon on Sunday with no access. I got out this morning and they say I'm going to live. Man, was my wife disappointed. LOL Eric, thanks for the tip about the wheel mounts. I've always tried to have as much info before diving into something I've never built before.
  21. I don't have the patience to scratchbuild all that Duesey would need!! LOL
  22. OK, thanks Casey. That's what I needed to know.
  23. I'm interested in building one of these, but from some of the pictures of the kit look like the roof is molded onto the body. If anyone has the kit or has built one, how hard is it to paint the interior a different color from the body? It looks like it might be difficult to mask and spray. Thanks for any input.
  24. I got this in an email from Pinterest and it is a strange duck to say the least. https://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2016/02/01/building-the-never-was-ford-model-a-cabin-speedster-with-a-little-help-from-an-unlikely-donor-car/
