    I used a tooth pick to start with.Once I got some color in the wheels I used a small paint brush to finish it up. I used Gold acrylic paint so that I could wipe off any mistakes with just a wet finger and not ruin the chrome

    Yes it is the Revell kit. I would recommend it. I know what you mean about box art. Sometimes the box art is so goofy looking it is hard to get past it. Thanks for the comment.
