Easy fun kit to build. I hand painted the stripes and used Splash Paint Amplify Orange. I left the interior as is from the box. Mike

I would be sleeping in my car if I told my wife " I bought a 1/2 pound of resin for $1,050.00" for the rest of my life. -

Very Nice. I remember this car. One of the unique things about it was that it had no tinted glass

Revell 2022 C8 Final assembly nightmare.
Mike 1017 replied to Mike 1017's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
Another problem I had was that the body would not slide forward or backward on the chassis I could not get the body to align with the wheel wells. Next time I will take your advice on the cowl Mike -
During final assembly I got so frustrated that I pitched it into the garbage. Test fit was ok. The body would not line up with all 4-wheel wells and not lay flat on the chassis. I really don't like the 4 separate wheel wells, even on Tamiya kits. I really liked the kit but before I buy another one. Can anyone give me any advice on what went wrong? Thanks Mike

Great build of a Historic NHRA Legend. The team was nicked named The Surfers because they were laid back and KOOL. Not one of them was a surfer *Drag Racing in the 60's
