  1. Lets see here. My dad bought my brother an '08 Ford F-150. My brother is off in the Navy.
  2. Did alot today. *Repainted the engine. Primered, painted, installed. *Dusted. *Added Duct Tape to the rear tail-light. *Painted chassis. Primered, painted, installed. *Mocked up. Pictures taken. *Red washed the butterflies. You can see the others. Praises and critisims are appreciated!
  3. Nice. I would recomend to paint the horse in the grille silver or something. Or just bondo the holes and repaint black. Otherwise great job
  4. The top of the tailgate isn't the hardest spot to damage. If you are backing up to your 5th wheel and forget to put your tailgate down, it can happen. Trust me, around here, you see ALOT of those dents.
  5. The body is in very good shape, I built it, put it on my shelf, then it was moved around and the rear wheel broke off and needed fixing. It has been sitting on my shelf for 2 years? I can't remember but it was broken since like March, I believe.
  6. I don't know what year this Chevy truck is, but I know that it was an old gluebomb that needed help. This was my first model, I found it at a estate sale. It was originally painted Ace Premium Hunter Green. No clearcoat, no details, not even the right painted engine. The interior is in the Purple Pond. I sanded down the broken mirrors and now I bondoed it. Here it is without bondo. Here is the blower. Haha, the engine. What a gluebomb! The bed. I removed the tail lights. The chassis. Painted with Tamiya black. The roll bar. With luck, glue, and this truck, I can restore it to better-than-it-was-before condition.
  7. I am going to buy primer and so far, I only have, nothing. I don't know what to get. I am going to spray laquer and don't know which primer. Help?
  8. Engine pics! Engine pics! Engine pics! Good job!
  9. From the title, it doesnt seem like a topic I wanted to look at...
  10. I think I have that same computer. Nice work. I love the orange its going to be. Where are you going to get the decals?
  11. Why would he EBay it if it was real?
  12. I was walking through the car lot and looked at paint. The reflection had orange peel. What. The. Freak?
  13. The engine wasn't modled in red, I painted it. Yeah, I used clear coat. What grit of sandpaper for the peel?
  14. I didn't really like the rims either Hauben. The only reason I used those was because I couldn't find the tires to the kit. I found them in my spare parts bin. I finished the wheels and I hated them all silver like on the box art. I detailed some black and painted the Chevy logo gold. The decals are from the AMT 1961 Ford Galaxie.
  15. Nope, rat rod OR spare parts build. Both if ya want! BD
  16. I was watching The Expendables, and Sylvester Stallone has a nice black Ford truck. I know that it is between '54 and '59. Heres the truck. I think it would be a great model. I know the hood vents and wheels are custom. Does anybody know what year this is?
  17. Nice. Are you going to put some black stripes? Maybe make it Bumble Bee?
  18. Just added all the little details on the Boss 429 so I needed something to do. I got this kit for Christmas. I painted it GM Bright Aqua. Very detailed kit. But molded in orange, seriously? The wheels are from the Revell 1970 Boss 429. All critisisms and praises appreciated.
  19. You can drop out if you want to. You do know that right?
  20. I dont know yet. I'll post it when I figure it out.
