  1. if they are already coated how come the color comes off and do they all tear so easy
  2. No i didn't are you suppose to clear coat his decals and if i am what is the best clear
  3. very sad news indeed, he was pretty much the only guy i purchased from, his prices could not be beat and service was the best
  4. I have to say i'm very disappointed also i put my set of replacement decals on tonight only to have half of the color come off, not even going to attempt building the other cars to go with the 6 other sets from him what a waist
  5. well i got my flying carpet decal replacement today, but not my project six pack,2 weeks after my email to him, good job rick much quicker than my initial 51/2 week wait

  10. i guess mine aren't getting through either, i got 6 sets a week ago and 2 sets can not be used, waited 6 weeks for them now another 6 week to 8 week wait for replacement

  14. I use smith industries Super Gold it's a ca glue but is styrofoam safe and windshield freindly,, great stuff
  15. I think it's personal preference, since i switched to crossdraft to me there is no real difference but since it's set up as a crossdraft thats the way it's going to stay
  16. yes the pegboard on the back is gone it was there for hanging parts if i needed to when it was set up for downdraft
  17. yea after looking at it i figured it out, will let you know if it makes a difference
  18. pat call me a dumb a-- but not really sure i follow where you suggest the 1/4 inch strips
  19. Just last week i swithed it from downdraft to crossdraft and i beleive it is way better,, i too put it on a 3/4 inch piece of pine to get the clearence

  21. the 2 on the left are testors mystic emerald and 2 on right are tamiya TS 20
  22. hey bill i used tamiya TS-20 for the test with white and grey primer i'm kinda leaning the way with the white primer but they are both so close

  24. Hey bill i just did a spoon test with the mystic emerald green and it doesn't come close, i think i will be using the tamiya met. green
