scary thing is you can get a conversion kit to put a V8 in your Focus

Some of my attempts at scratch building. The master cylinders on the fire wall are my creation I also did the exhaust and drive shaft using ink pens, and that little red thing on the inside frame rail on the passengers side is the fuel pump The tranny tunnel, and the recess in the fire wall The fuel rail is made from plastic stock, and piano wire for the fuel lines and the hood side panels This is one of my first scratch builds this was my second visible V-8 so I had a spare intake and carb laying around, when I worked at a machine shop I would sneak in the garbage and grab hoses and wires that I would use in my builds

Than I must have done something wrong because, and you can see in the pic on the top of the door, where the black is showing through. I had to touch it up a couple of times on the doors and rocker panels where my hands where grabbing it.

So I repainted the car after this pic and got it all done and shot it with some clear coat and it kind of killed the blingieness now it's more of a silver color I used bare metal foil for the dash and the door panels .....and on the undercarriage for the gas tank and the heat shields on the exhaust

Does any one have any black G.T. 500 rocker decals?

This is what I got so far, its a 2007 Shelby G.T. 500 Alclad chrome, carbon fiber, hood roof, and spoiler, and Corvette C5-R rims

Where are they located out of?

Can some one direct me to someone who makes BBS style rims 19"-20" in 1/25 scale with matching lo-pro tires. These are going into a 2007 Shelby

I am painting it chrome. I found a guy who does decales (the same guy who did my 68 Shelby decals) for the 07 Shelby he has either silver stripes or black stripes, now I'm torn between either silver or black.

So Corvette rim fits the shelby tire other than having to trim about an 1/8 of an inch off the back. If i go with the vette wheel im thinking of painting it with a dark metal color paint. Like a dark graphite or somthing similar

I wanted to put some "sporty" looking rims on it and had a spare set that came with the C5-R that I built

I am doing it on a modle, but I'm looking to see if it would be a pretty close fit in the wheel well without having to do a whole ot of hacking.

Would the rims from a Corvette C5-R fit on a 2007 Shelby with out much for modifications?

How difficult would it be to make white shelby racing stripes/ rocker stripes and make them black? Would I have to rescan them and edit them on a computer program? Do they make diffirent color decals for the newer shelby model kits?

It even comes with a dive platform in the back

So was this an actual car that was raced or just a model build based off of the movie?

I have a Lincoln with gold raised lettering on the tail light, which is now faded and mostly gone. Would something like gold bare metal foil hold up very well on a real car application?

I got the Corvette C5-R model for Christmas and I'll be damned the hood is molded into the body. I got a small start on some of the cuts but what worries me is there isn't much of a line to follow around the hood meets up with the windshield, and where I have to cut up around the head lights. Any tips on how to do this, any special tools that will help this?
