  1. Can't help but notice the holes in the doors where the handles should be, the missing radiator hose (the hole in the manifold is pretty obvious)... and of course the "magic floating alternator." But aside from a few details, nice looking car.
  2. Nice work, Chuck. But I'm shocked that you didn't use your usual outdoor "studio" to photograph this one. Bad weather? BTW... did you scratchbuild that clipboard on the dash? Nice detail!
  3. Wow! What you have accomplished here is simply amazing! Fantstic scratchbuilding/bodywork, fantastic paint, fantastic details. I am very impressed. And by the way, that generation of Corvette is by far the best looking one, and my favorite of all.
  4. One photo? Come on, man. Give...
  5. Yes! The thing that so many here had been nagging about forever!
  6. On the magazine... specifically, something many of you have been asking for forever and has finally become reality. Nobody has a comment? Really?
  7. Oui. Larry, Moe, and Piérre...
  8. Personally I prefer a ménage a trois joke. The more, the merrier...
  9. The good thing is... I can't be banned!
  10. Actually, if you're boning a chicken, you are one sick puppy...
  11. People build the cost of shipping into the kit price. Then they charge you for shipping on top of it. It's called "double dipping."
  12. At the end of the day, I could care less.
  13. You missed out on some good fun...
  14. Very nice!
  15. Roy, they had a lot of great songs... From the Beginning, Lucky Man, Fanfare for the Common Man, Hoedown... etc.
  16. I used to listen to WXRT all the time, but haven't really listened to music radio for years now.
  17. My favorite ELP song...
  18. Oh yeah! I can't remember how many Saturdays my friends and I spent building models and then blowing them up! Styrene burns real good!
  19. Gotta agree, that's one ugly car!
  20. If I go all the way back to my childhood to today, I've probably built several hundred models. Unfortunately, all of my childhood models were the victim of one of my mom's unannounced "house cleanings" many years ago. Today, I have probably 100 or so built models in the house, maybe 20-30 unbuilt (I don't keep a huge stash like some people do).
  21. That's a pretty impressive transkit.
  22. My knowledge of the subject is approximately 0.00%, but from what I can see it looks like you did a great job on that kit.
