  1. They also gave us Justin Bieber... Um... can we give him back now?
  2. Maybe a spray can of the stuff? There are only a few small areas. Hmmmm.....
  3. I'm having a piece of back bacon in your honor right now...
  4. Yes! Kip Adotta, that's the guy.
  5. I did, but like I said, the CLR label specifically says do not use on stamped concrete.
  6. Federal law: Possession of marijuana is punishable by up to one year in jail and a minimum fine of $1,000 for a first conviction. For a second conviction, the penalties increase to a 15-day mandatory minimum sentence with a maximum of two years in prison and a fine of up to $2,500. Subsequent convictions carry a 90-day mandatory minimum sentence and a maximum of up to three years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Distribution of a small amount of marijuana, for no remuneration, is treated as possession. Manufacture or distribution of less than 50 plants or 50 kilograms of marijuana is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. For 50-99 plants or 50-99 kilograms the penalty increases not more than 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million if an individual, $5 million if other than an individual for the first offense. Manufacture or distribution of 100-999 plants or 100-999 kilograms carries a penalty of 5 - 40 years in prison and a fine of $2-$5 Million. For 1000 plants or 1000 kilograms or more, the penalty increases to 10 years - life in prison and a fine of $4-$10 Million. Distribution of greater than 5 grams of marijuana to a minor under the age of 21 doubles the possible penalties. Distribution within 1,000 feet of a school, playground, public housing or within 100 feet of a youth center, public pool or video arcade also doubles the possible penalties. The sale of paraphernalia is punishable by up to three years in prison. So how can a state legalize marijuana? Federal law overrides state law. So... ????
  7. This all reminds me of that old novelty song "Wet Dream," where the guy uses all the fish/ocean puns. I don't remember the exact lyrics, but it's all puns using nautical/fish/aquatic terms... something about how he took his Barracuda into the shop and the mechanic tells him it looks like he's blown a seal...
  8. Good for you. But rules are rules. You think you're the only one with an opinion on that? I could write a book on the topic. But we're not supposed to talk about politics here and you know it.
  9. Never heard of it. I'll have to look for it and see what the label says. Same with Iron-out. Thanks, guys.
  10. The buck has to stop somewhere! You sound like one of the GM management team.... uh, nothing wrong here, boss! Not my fault! It wasn't me! DeGiorgio ok'd the switch for use in production. He knew it didn't meet spec, yet he ok'd it. Maybe if he had said, "hey guys, this switch might be a problem," things would have turned out very differently. Then he had the switch redesigned, yet kept the same part number. Hmmmm... why do ya suppose he did that, Tom? The actions he took were voluntary and of his own choosing. Come on, Tom... you're a smart guy. Why are you trying to rationalize GM's bad behavior?
  11. Bottom line: DeGiorgio ok'd the switch for use knowing it didn't meet GM specs. He could have said something. He didn't. Then he had the switch redesigned but covered his tracks by leaving the old part number in place. GM knew for years that the switch was a problem. They could have done something. They didn't. Pretty simple.
  12. I need to remove some rust stains off my driveway, which is stamped, colored concrete. My local home center recommended CLR, but the back of the CLR label says specifically not for use on stamped concrete. I've heard vinegar or lemon juice will work. Any recommendations?
  13. Why no mirrors?
  14. What they said. There's no selling allowed on this site.
  15. Yeah, it's a loooooooong thread!
  16. You do know that ads are targeted to you, based on your online activity? What web sites are you visiting?
  17. Geez, you and your common sense...
  18. More of Stevie and Chris Isaak, doing an unusual song... "Red River Valley," an old folk song from the 1800s.
  19. And as we've said countless times... it's not about the recalls. It's about knowing there's a problem and deciding to not do anything about it. Recalls didn't get GM in trouble. Knowing there was a problem and doing nothing about it is what got GM in trouble.
  20. Yeah, but none of those things you mentioned have any relevance on this forum. We're here to talk about cars and car-related topics... models and the real ones. Not medical devices or "Big Pharma." That's a subject for a different forum.
  21. Not to be uncaring... but dang, that's a nice Mustang!
