  1. A little bird told me that all A-bodies from 1968-1980 had the same 112” frame. There is no “Colonade” frame, it’s the same frame as in any GTO/Cutlass/Chevelle/Skylark kit.
  2. I'd say a '93 Camaro is a better looking car than the current Charger!
  3. Oh, well... it doesn't matter one way or the other, because we never got the Charger that Chrysler teased us with.

  5. Planning for the future and appreciating the past isn't mutually exclusive. In fact, the past can be a very useful tool to help you plan your future.
  6. You can't assume to know what engine they would have used. And I've never heard of any problems with those V6s... I must have missed that story. And besides, I'm talking about styling. We were led to believe that concept was the next Charger, then we got a brick on wheels.
  7. You can look back because the past happened. Looking at the future is impossible. It hasn't come yet. What is there to look at?
  8. Sounds like you need to make a list, get online, and stock up on some basic supplies.
  9. Dodge Charger. I mean, I was ready to buy one based on the concept. Then we got...well... what we got.
  10. Exactly my point. That's why a 12 year-old can't be nostalgic about cars from the '60s...
  11. A friend of mine who knows resin very well says that Bleche-White is the perfect resin parts cleaner.
  12. Another anti-fogging tip is don't use super glue on clear parts! Why would you even risk it at all with so many other alternatives? The best way that I've found to glue a rear-view mirror onto the inside of a clear windshield is to put a tiny dab of good old Testors tube glue on the mirror's mounting surface and carefully set it in place. The tube glue is thick enough to hold the mirror in position as it dries, also it gives you the chance to adjust the position of the mirror, unlike super glue.
  13. Ok... after a lot of cleaning up of other people's messes... let's see if we can actually be adults here.
  14. A 12 year old can't have any nostalgia. You haven't lived long enough yet! nos·tal·gia [no-stal-juh, -jee-uh, nuh-] noun 1. a wistful desire to return in thought or in fact to a former time in one's life.
  15. I merged the two. Next time, don't start a new thread! Just keep adding to the original.
  16. You can't blame Photobucket if someone deletes their photos there. Of course they won't show up here if someone goes and deletes them there!
  17. Not a whole lot of "progress" on that one. None, to be exact.
  18. In keeping with your theme of most detailed GL ever... you might want to fix those wipers. The way they are now, they'd be wiping part of the roof on each pass back and forth! They're too long. You need to either shorten the arms or shorten the blades.
  19. Preston Tucker died in 1956. Vera Tucker died in 1993.
  20. Same here. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I've used Photobucket as my only photo hosting site. It's free, it's simple, posting photos from there to here couldn't possibly be easier, and I've had ZERO problems in all the years I've been using it. No reason to switch to anything else.
