  1. Modifying the bumper was a lot easier than I expected ! Here it is .
  2. Check the links , I get error messages on both .
  3. After all of that the paint turned out great ! Lots of BMF on there too , very nice work !
  4. Stef , This is good stuff ! Why don't you just do it alphabetically ?
  5. I've been debating if I should modify the rear bumper , so after I sprayed the taillight panel I stuck the side trim and rear bumper on to see what it looks like . Everything looks good , but the bumper is going to bug me if I don't fix it ! Most people don't realize the difference between the Impala bumper and the El Camino bumper , but once you know it you see it every time you look . Here's a photo showing the difference around the license plate area .
  6. WOW ! ! x 9 One for each photo I look at !
  7. Lookin' good James ! I love the old 409 instead of a standard big block . Nice mods too , especially like how you did the side molding . I missed the article on diamond plate , can you show what you're doing ?
  8. That looks pretty darn good Ron ! I'd be happy to display it on my shelf ! I've used BMF on five builds so far and am finally getting the hang of it ! One thing I tried is polishing the BMF before I cut it off of the sheet , it makes a big difference in how it looks !
  9. Looks great Jim ! Nice engine detailing and I gotta get some of those tires !
  10. That's really great ! ! Don't stop now , this will be a good reference site .
  11. Great looking builds ! Your paint on both of them is beautiful , love the colors . I never saw them before but they sure look good in the sun !
  12. Great looking '68 Caprice ! If you used a '67 kit , where did the rear bumper come from ? I'd like to get one .
  13. Nice looking little car ! Great job detailing the interior , but you won't be legal without a license plate on the rear !
  14. Welcome Lee ! You'll fit right in here , lots of people building police and emergency vehicles !
  15. Welcome to the forum Joe ! We've all been there at one time or another . You learn something with every model and you never stop learning ! This is the best place to do it !
