  1. Thanks guys. I'm kind of wishing I left the wheels chrome myself.
  2. Thanks. When I retire in about 3 months I think I will spend more time on quality then quanity. : )
  3. About 27 bucks shipping included from Tokyo Hobby.
  4. This will be my next build. Not much to look at I guess but there is just something about it that looks cool to me. This should be a quick build as it is a pretty simple kit. At some point there must have been a electric motor in some version of this kit. Parts, what there is of them are nice and clean. It is a curbside kit so no engine. The wheels seem a little undersized to me but once built they may be ok. Feel free to laugh ! : )
  5. Will it, does it have any removable panels ? Seems a shame to cover up all that beautiful detail.
  6. That was a quick build. Looks nice.
  7. Nice clean build and yes, the red lines look great !
  8. Glad your home. Follow doctors orders for a quicker recovery. Don't know if your a reader but if you are and like Stephen King I have some paperbacks I would be happy to send you to help you pass the time. If interested just PM me with your address and I will ship some out as soon as I can.
  9. My oldest built from my younger days is an AMT Cobra. I think it came out in 1963 and I still have it after about almost 50 years.
  10. I got mine yesterday as well. I was happy to see it arrived in perfect condition. No rips !
  11. Hey Dan. Looking good so far. Your lettering looks a lot better than some I have seen, including my own ! : )
  12. Yes, very nice.
  13. Coming along nicely.
  14. If you need or want another one of those trucks or one of their other ones try Tokyo Hobby. They are selling most of them for around 25 bucks but the shipping is about 12 bucks. You will get you kit in 2 weeks or less. They sell on ebay but also right from their web site.
  15. Wow ! Great work.
  16. Cool build.
  17. This is the first Aoshima kit I have ever built. Curbside but a pretty nice kit. Clean parts and no real fit issues. I striped the chrome from the wheels and painted them black. Paint is Testors Flamming Orange with 3 coats of clear.
