That engine looks great !

Since I joined this forum I never thought to check for PM's. I did check today because I was expecting one from a member I would be sending some parts to. Much to my surprise I found many messages that I never new were there. if you were one of those people I am truely sorry. I never meant to ignore or be rude. I will endever to check more often.

My next project will be using the body from a Miss Deal kit and the dual engine chassis from the double dragster kit. Would this be considered a fuel coupe ? So far I have assembled the dragster frame and have done some work on the body. For the body I have begun to fill in the hole in the hood since the engines will be back under the roof of the body. I also added a piece of sheet plastic under the front of the body so hopefully it will pull the front end down lower when the body is on the frame. I will still have to open up part of the trunk area to allow room for the frame roll bar. Ideas and or suggestions and comments good or bad are welcome.

I totally agree about building for yourself. I don't think I would be as happy building if I was trying to please someone else. I do try and make my next one better than my last but that doesn't always pan out. When I plan a build I am normally going for a certian look. I don't worry about if the engine is wired but the firing order is wrong or if something else I do to get the look I am going for is not practicle on a real car. For me it's all about relaxing and having fun.

Boy, that's a bare bones little machine.

Is it just me or does that blower look too short for the engine ? I haven't started mine yet. Built one many , many years ago but don't remember noticing that the blower looked small.

Cute. With the box trimmed down some it could make a nice little pick up or maybe even a mini Little Red Wagon. : )
