AMT Dyno Don kit . Built stock except for replacing the plastic tires and using a pair of resin front leaf springs . Painted silver with Ultraviolet Pearl stripes . Had a bit of trouble with the headers fitting correctly . I know the front end is high but that’s what I wanted on this model . I may have overdone it however . ?

My experience was much different. Bought new in 74 and had it almost 4 years. Never a problem at all .

I never had any problems with the one I had. It started as my moms car and then when she got a newer one my dad got it . I got it from my dad when later my mom got another car. 292 with auto. I drove the heck out of that car.

Thanks Carl. I was thinking I could perhaps just polish the plastic like Snake does sometimes but because the bumpers are chrome and need to have painted sections I will have to strip the chrome and paint so no polish it will need to be painted.
