Mean little car ! I like it !

Just finished up this 1/48 gas truck . This is the Atlantis the pop of the old Aurora or Revell kit . Not bad of a kit for its age . I made a rear window and windshield ( or tried ) as kit does not supply window glass. My first job was at a Texaco service station so I ordered some Texaco decals from the bay . I did the best I could and I am mildly pleased .

Got this model just about done . Still need to install the compartment doors and do some touch ups . All in all not bad for an old kit . -

I was finally able to go see it today. I thought it was great ! My wife liked it too ! I got the urge to build a GT 40 model so I went to ebay when I got home. I think the move drove the prices of the kits up. They were all pretty expensive IMO. Anyone notice that ? -
Another great looking model.

Yes, just released by Atlantis. Pretty nice kit for it's age but multi piece bodies are always can be an issue. -
My first gas job was at a Texaco service station . Remember service stations ? I filled the gas , washed the windows and checked the oil . Also checked tires when asked . Times have changed ! Anyway , I thought I would build a Texaco gas truck . This is a 1/48 scale kit with a multi piece body . I built one of these many years ago and it wasn’t pretty . This kit was issued years ago and was either a Revell or Aurora I can’t recall . Hopefully this will come out better than the last one .

Fantastic looking Vette.

I would keep it by your computer as a reminder to be more careful. I have screwed up a time or two on my 20 years on ebay. Hold on to it for awhile and list it. You maybe able to recoup a lot of your money.

Wow Dann ! You knocked that interior out of the park ! Much, much better !

Very nice. The roof line looks a little off to me but that could just be me.
