    Thanks Carl. Not sure what they used to get them on site or how the holes were dug. By hand ? Still trying to research. I was not even aware it was upside down ( makes sense now ) or that it was stuck in a hole.

    I tried it using the Novus polishing items. Worked ok.

    I happen to kind of like Cobra's so ........... it looks good to me.

    I admit that I do not. Normally don't go beyond wiring an engine and flocking the interior. Most times not even that. I do enjoy seeing the work of the people that do. I have tried to do more in the past but to be honest most of my attempts just looked clumsy and added nothing to the overall look of the model.

    I think I will work on this kit next. It's a WW2 German machine gun bunker. It's a 1:72 kit from the Ukraine. It was built by Nazi Germany in early 1940 and was made out of cast steel. This will probably make it's way as a small diorama.

    Sorry about your friend Wayne. If it was me I believe I would just leave it alone as others have said. If you do finish it you may find you wished you had not but it will be too late. Just one guys opinion.

    These came in the mail today. This Cobra I will build. Going to try a version of a Pikes Peak racer. I saw one on an episode of Fast and Loud when Arron was racing his Falcon up the hill. The other is just another model kit of something different.
