Doctors appointments. They tell you to get there 15 to 20 minutes before your appt. and then they don't see you till 15 to 20 minutes after your appt.

Got a little more done this afternoon. Chassis is finished and is the way my friend described . I decided to go with the resin interior with some mods. The interior has been flocked. Not sure why my flocking never comes out that good. Kind a looks like a third graders art project. Ok, second graders. : ) The tail lights were cut from the MCW resin rear bumper and covered with BMF and then the lenses were painted red. Our friend Tom suggested doing it this way. Looks better I think than the cut down Revell tail lights.

Plugging along with this one. I am prepping both the resin and the plastic interiors. Don't know which one I will use or maybe a combination of the two. I also have the cauge cluster made up from a pe unit and built the shifter using a 1/25 scale telephone and a round head straight pin and some BMF. It looks ok but I need to redo the foil. Interiors will be flocked.

I lived in Oak Lawn Illinios back in 1967. We were hit by a very powerful tornado. It threw buses from the bus barn around like toys. Leveled many homes and stores. Took a huge "bite" of my high school Oak Lawn Community High School. Luckily it happend late afternoon on a Friday. There wasn't many kids at the school. Had it hit earlier many kids could have been hurt or killed.
