  5. Very nice. Auslowe does a great 6 spoke wheel and tyre set in 1/32. I've used them in the past and they're great as the spider is separate from the rim and the tyres are rubber. Ben
  6. Wow! Very nice. The heat effects look ace. Is this going together as well as a tamiya kit? I have one in my stash and hope to be able to use carbon fibre decals like you are. Will be watching. Ben
  7. A mack camel back or neway is accurate for the value liner. Ben
  8. 3D printed wheels made to fit new ray tyres. I got them from luckpro7 on shapeways. A little grainy, hopefully the primer will smooth them out. Ben
  9. Wow. I won't be getting one but am glad to see them back. Looking forward to more Mack gear. Ben

  14. Auslowe stocks some parts separately that are still good for American super liners. Mk1 head lights, Crossmembers and camel back suspensions, E9 V8 etc.. The italeri kit can be converted reasonably well to an American spec by narrowing the cab and using an amt cruiseliner front end for the mk1 or using the dm600 front end for the mk2. In Australia we kept the r series from rails up until the year and 1999/2000. There was an article about converting the italeri kit to make it acurate, I think it was in scale auto. Hope this helps. Ben
  15. Great news for Australian Mack fans.
  16. Thank you all for your kind words. The level of modelling on this site is remarkable. I'm always inspired by everyone on here. It makes me want to build some thing special and way out of my depth. I haven't finished a model in a while and hopefully I get a couple more projects off the bench next week so I can go full steam on this one. Ben
  17. Wow! I feel lazy seeing this. Inspirational. Ben
  18. Fuel tanks done. Fuel tank mounts adapted from left over moebius lonestar fuel tank mounts. I thought you guys would like to see the bonnet in progress. Enjoy.
  19. Great idea about the front bumper. I'm thinking it will make the painting easier. Ben
