  5. Thanks, Guys...... I have a spare transmission laying around, sounds like the '68 will be the way to go..........
  6. My bad, Fellas..... seems the '69 only comes with a 440, the '68 kit has the two options...... but do you build both engines from the same block, or are there two complete engines? Again, Sorry........ and thanks.........
  7. Was there a kit besides the '69 Charger that came with the two engine options? Were there two complete engines in the '69, or do you use the same block for both? A friend wants a model with a BB Dodge motor, but I hate to buy a '71 Charger just for the motor and have a partial kit left..... At least if the '69 has two complete engines, I can put the 440 in his model and build the kit with the Hemi........... Thanks for any help!
  8. It's not a bad kit, as long as you do a LOT of test fitting when building up the Jungle Gym of an engine bay/suspension assembly...... I really want a Countach in my collection, but I may get a Fujimi one next time............
  9. I thought someone would have guessed this one.......... It's "Low Down in the Street" by ZZ Top..........
  10. We're not allowed to smoke in our apartments since they remodeled..... or around the common areas (mail box, parking lot, etc......)
  11. I like the Chili Peppers....... A lot of their influence came from George Clinton, whom they used to hang out with as a young band. Their "Californication" album is probably my favorite...........
  12. The Cardigans have a sound that none of the other groups I listen to do.........
  13. thanks, Fellas! I looked at the mats at that site, something like that would work perfect...... !
  14. Thanks, Joe! They look kind of expensive, but maybe worth it. I see they make Lazy Susans for puzzles, too..... That's cool....!
  15. Hey, Guys.... I got this puzzle as a Gift and would like to build it. Is there a way to keep it safe while I am working on it? I have maintenance and service people come in often, I don't want my pieces growing legs. Maybe some sort of binder or folder to store it in? Something I can zip closed.........? How do you keep your pieces together? It's an 18"x24" puzzle.... Thanks for any advice.......
  16. My sister and her husband just became foster parents. Two kids, 5 & 6 I think........ This Christmas was probably the best one that they have ever had. There's a lot of things wrong in the World, but little Good things do happen, At least they did this year for those two kids...............
  17. I hope everyone has a Merry Holiday season................
  18. If you were to section the body, that would make it "wider", proportion wise.............
  19. Some nights are large, some nights are lazy, But ain't nobody tryin' to slip away, It'll make you loose, it'll make you crazy, Know what I mean? What'ya say, what'ya say...........
  20. That song hasn't had any airplay in a while, Didn't surprise me noone guessed it..... One reason I love Napster so much, they have literally millions of songs on demand, and sometimes a song will creep in from my subconscious that I haven't heard in ages. Do a quick search, and there it is!
  21. This one is "Eclectic Electric" by Primus...... On the Anti-Pop album they did things a bit differently. Les Claypool had the crazy (brilliant?) idea of having some big names at the time do some guest production and playing. On this song, James Hetfield of Metallica produced it and did a bit of a cameo spot in the song.........
  22. This one is "Save Tonight" by Eagle Eye Cherry........ Good song, you guys should check it out!
  23. There's a log on the fire, and it burns like me for you, Tomorrow comes with one desire, to take me away, it's true..........
  24. Thanks, Jim! Started on filling seams on the rider...... I used white glue to fill the joints at his shoulders, so I wouldn't fill in the details on his jacket....... Also still working on smoothing the horse...... The tube is the glue I'm using to join parts with. It's Beacon's 527 Multi-use glue...... It's a good bond, haven't had anything come loose even with all the sanding....
  25. Eventually, but I'm finding here lately that the more work I put into something, the more I enjoy the final product..... so I try not to rush anything....... David, I'll bet that because you do so much painting that you Have to do, that it's sapping your desire to do it for a hobby! They say "The good painter's house always needs painting"..........
