Would Dupli-Color's engine enamel be too "hot" for their primers? How about using Perfect Match clear on it? Would the clear craze the color coats? Being able to use their engine enamels would open some color options for me......... Thanks for any help!!

I can see your thinking in saying Foose didn't build the truck, but every aspect of that build was designed by Chip. From the pancaked hood, sectioned cab, everything they did to that truck was Chip's design. He didn't build the cars on OverHaulin' either, he helped with a lot of the tough stuff, but most of his work was in the design aspect of the build..............

Something that has helped me do better foil work is to scribe where I will be running the blade before any primer even goes on the body....... That gives you a definate path for the blade to follow! I use a set of tweezers that come to a nice, sharp point...........

Kenneth, the sails are vaccu-formed......, and thanks for the tips, Michael, I haven't mounted the stand yet for the reason you gave, it's easier to handle the model. I've bumped it a few times and would have broken something if it was glued to the base.........
