  13. Bill, Nice work on the Bison. I like you, have always admired these trucks from GM. How was your kit mold wise?, Mine was terrible..and I had the first issue of the General. Nothing fit right Again, nice logging rig/trailer Kurt
  14. All, I am calling this one 99.9% completed. Other than the new grille coming, and hood hinge pins...finally... What a kit this turned out to be...with all of it obsticles and challenges...This was a monumental task for me just to finish it personally...   15. wesley's tire bleach....which is now I believe a part of Black Magic you can pick it up all the auto stores/Walmart... works everytime...let it soak..for a day or two...wash it throughly...prime it/paint it...I use Alclad alot Hope this helps, Kurt
  16. Those are actually thin plastic disks made to look like rubber...with holes punched in them to mount the horns. The horns are aluminum from KFS. Kurt

  18. Guy's.....the original thread was getting pretty long...thus this one. I hope the final stretch is nearing...the cab is almost completed...new photo-etch grille is on the way...and final mounting should be this weekend....completed pictures will be posted soon...   20. 3/25/2012 Update......hood is getting near completion...I would never ever recommend this model to no-one...even with all of the test fitting...warpage is still an issue., Kurt Proto-type (photo etched) grille....thicker material is needed (new one being made)
