Dave this looks great. Can't wait to see more. About the paint- love the color, but did I understand you to say that you put one coat of clear over the enamel to speed things along? Doesn't the clear dry faster than the enamel and cause problems? Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I want to learn as much as I can.........

John the belt shroud looks GREAT. I'm going to have to download that, shrink it in Photoshop to scale so I can better appreciate what you did. That is what, 1/8th inch wide at most? Some day I have to see this up close.

Dr Cranky is right. Good stuff. Good progress. Question- looks like the rotors are made from styrene? If so, how do you make a perfect circle out of styrene? A blade attached to a compass?

My unprofessional opinion is to put plastic pieces under the nuts. The gaskets look great.

We were fixing loose parts. You can see the Vega Pro Stock has lost some of the decals over time. Also one of his '32 Ford coupe.
