  1. Great job so far. I've got to try a Pro Mod once I get these two funny cars and two pro stocks done.
  2. Wow. You're lucky. My experience is that the can will lose pressure over time, trapping any leftover paint. I have never tried to extract paint from a "dead" can, but I'd like to.
  3. I'm checking a source today. Hopefully he has one left over from his Pro Stock days, which was two years ago.
  4. Great video Ted. I'll try it sometime. Looking forward to seeing what you use on the headers for the sensors.
  5. Thanks for sharing all those schematics Mike. I learned a lot.
  6. What do you use to bend the ss tubing? They look great.
  7. Looks great. I'm almost sad that it's this close to being done, but I'm sure you will share more of your builds.
  8. Can't wait to see more. I appreciate all the info shared on here. I'll have to build a Pro Mod sometime.
  9. Looks great so far. What size tubing did you use on the wheelie bars? Enjoyed the video you made about the magnetos.
  10. Just read an article on the NHRA site. He'll be missed.
  11. Inspiring. Another time I wish I was at the experience and talent level of you guys.
  12. Excellent how-to. I took notes and will try this soon.
  13. My dumb question of the day- when 2 cycles were on the trailer and finished their run, did the display show only the horsepower? or did it show a winner based on reaction time and speed?
  14. Looks great. It will definitely break the neighbors windows. Lookin' forward to the paint.
  15. John, this is awesome. Seeing it step-by-step helps me appreciate all you've done.
  16. Got it. I depend on guys like you that know. The only way to find out is to ask. I've learned a lot on this site. My wife says I'm obsessed. I say I'm just soaking up good knowledge.
  17. I meant the 1:1 cars in the photos. I see yours are not. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know a lot about Pro Mod or 10.5 cars. You are doing a great job and I understand about doing something different. Looking forward to more of this build.
  18. John, if you need any Photoshop work done to create decals, let me know. I use the app every day.
  19. I found .008 banjo strings at a music store, made by GHS, size L08. I used some of it for antennas.
  20. Are you sure they aren't mid-engine cars? That would explain the turbos in the trunk.
  21. Wayne, could the bleed through on the graphics have been avoided if the camo and logo were all on one decal? If it could have, I can put images together in Photoshop for you.
