  3. Three blondes are walking out in the country when they came upon a set of tracks... Blonde 1 looks down and says" Hey look, Moose tracks" Blonde 2 says " No, those are deer tracks" Blonde 3 says " No, your both wrong, they're Bear tracks" they were still standing there arguing when the train hit 'em... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What do you get when you line up 7 blondes shoulder to shoulder? A Wind Tunnel... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What do you call it when a blonde dyes her hair brunette?? artifical intelligence -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How does a blonde turn on the light in the morning?? Opens the Car door --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why don't blondes like to wear big hoop earrings and high heels at the same time?? They hate having to untangle them...

  8. nice to see you back at the bench Izzy!!!!
  9. I applied Future to this Mustang using a 1" wide foam brush, it works pretty good, but there is build up( almost a run) at the bottom of the rear quarters.. it gave a nice shine..my biggest advice is make sure the brush you use is clean, otherwise any dirt in the brush will transfer to the model in the future.
  10. actually Dave, the build photos of your green Shelby helped me out quite a bit with paint detailing, so thanks!!!
  11. LOL...I double checked that before I put them on..they're all the same dish.
  12. Had some fun with this one. Revell GT500, Tamiya White, JWTBM Hooters decals, Aoshima rims, lowered the suspension, scratchbuilt rollcage, PE pedals and seatbelts, rear seat delete. Hope you like it!!
  13. Pegasus is a must see if you are driving thru LA, it blows the Vegas hobby shops out of the water!!!
  14. I'm in Vegas..best shop is Hobbytown on Sahara/Decatur... there's also a shop way out in Henderson called Henderson Hobbies. and there's Dansey's on the eastside, you's have to look it up to get the address....
  15. the latest additions to my stash:
  16. Here's hoping for both a '69 and a '70!!!!
  17. I had a box from Revell on my table when i got home, and inside was a neatly packaged complete replacement interior for the '68 mustang. that part that impressed is this: after the emails I sent off to Revell, I ordered the interior kit online, only later to find out that Revell would send the interiors once you sent in a proof of purchase... my problem, is that due to the economy, the wife and I temporarily moved in with my parents, and most all my kits, including both my '68 Mustang kits, are in the far corner of a 10' x 20' storage unit, and NOT easily accessible under any circumstance. I figured I would have to wait until I moved out to get at them to send in the proof of purchases, which could be a while.... I originally ordered 2 interiors because I have 2 kits, but only received 1 interior, so I guess I'll try it again and hope I get lucky!!!
  18. the '55 and '57 Nomads a re a good idea... we havent had a decent kit of those produced yet.. Revell's seperate side trim 70's version included..
  19. where's my "beating a dead horse" icon????
  20. Gorgeous Build ROdney!!!! I had a '78 long bed 3/4 ton Power Wagon when I was in Salem.... it was 440 powered it was indestructible till I hit some ice 12/24/97 on a hill in W. Salem, and rolled it..
  21. that looks horrible..... you should send it me and not disgrace yourself by building that!! send it to John Osjacza, he'll make sure I get it..
  22. Ok, so lets give Revell a list of other tools that we would want to see variations of...along the lines of the '32 tooling variations '68 Firebird-----into '69 Firebird with Trans Am options.. '69 Camaro----into '67-'68 Camaro, w/ Z28 parts '69 Nova---- '70 Nova w/ Yenko Duece options '55 Bel-Air-----'56 Bel-Air '90 Firebird Formula----'88-'90 IROC '86 Monte Carlo---'86 Cutlass w/ 442 option & lightning rod shifter '70 mustang---'69 Mach 1 and/or Boss 302 '70 Torino----'70 Cyclone '69 Dart---'70 Dart Swinger 340 '71 GTX---'71 Roadrunner
  23. Nice job Bill!!!! I actually use an old miter box with the top of a tamiya rattle can taped to it as a stand for my bodies when in the dehydrator....
  24. I got paint on my DriftShelby, and the bodies polished out, doing the black around the glass now...hope to start decaling tonight... chassis is done other than mouting wheels, which I'll do after the body is on. I'll post pics later when I get home.
