    welcome chris. you'll find lots of great tips here that are budget friendly. just keep in mind that a lot of the materials for things like wiring and plumbing will last for several builds.

    i kind of like the stance david. dut i would at least try to rig up some temp. support that can be removed as assembly progresses.

    david, try this next time. glue halves together,cut a troughalong joint, insert strip styrene, fill though with ca glue. this comes from a book called custom car modeling by mark s. gustavson havent tried it my self yet but it looks like it should work pretty good.

    there are many cars that can be considered works of art but it is the complete car that makes it so not parts hung on a wall.
