  1. glad your boys are ok. also glad to here that the accident was not because they were doing something stupid. do they plan to keep riding? If so tell them to take a rider safety course if they haven't already. I did when I started riding 11 years ago and it has helped keep me shiney side up many times.
  2. nascar, foose, boeing, airbus, star wars,... there is no reason details can't be added to car tires without jacking up the price if they can afford licensing for these others.
  3. cool, the shifter and hula girl are my favs.
  4. no problem chris, if you have any questions or need ideas just ask there are lots of folks here that will be glad to help.
  5. chris you don't have to start a new topic every time for the same build. just go to the original and add to it. now, here are some ideas for ya.paint the frame to look like wood, the hub caps to look like canon balls, jolly roger on the doors, interior wood dash and pistol shifter from gaming mini.
  6. dang it. now I've got circus music playing in my head over and over and over...... great detail, great build.
  7. I wasn't even born when he landed on the moon but I do remember my first trip to kennedy space center and seeing those first rockets and imagining those guy standing before their boss saying "you want me to go where, in what?". courage those guys had it by the truck load not to mention great big spheres of steel. rest in peace mr. armstrong you earned it.

  9. I like it so far. I saw that paint the other day, did you have to do anything other than prime and base with it?
  10. this could be cool. If not you'll be walking the plank.
  11. that's one slick ride. I love it.
  12. check out my post a few posts down in tips called castrol super clean and chrome. there are others as well.
  13. there's always someone who wants to know what to use to strip chrome and castrol is always at the top of the list. today I stripped the chrome from a revell kenworth w 900 and was amazed how fast this stuff works. before after this clean in 1 min. 35 sec. Icould literaly watch the chrome disolve away the white streaks in the above pic are bubbles coming off the part as the chrome disolves. now it did not remove the primer and not all chrome will come off this fast but as you can see it works. thanks for looking.
