Jon Haigwood Posted April 18, 2015 Author Posted April 18, 2015 This one was built for a contest in November with the theme "Black and White" Revell 5 window Autoair Pearl Black and Craetex Pearl White.
Jon Haigwood Posted April 18, 2015 Author Posted April 18, 2015 his one was going to be another Milner Coupe by my thoughts went side ways and I did it a bit more on the drag race side. I may have went a bit wide on the slicks. Named it "Gold Rush"
Jon Haigwood Posted April 18, 2015 Author Posted April 18, 2015 (edited) This one was built for a NNL Northwest tomorrow with the challenge of a Steve Stanford design. Edited April 18, 2015 by Jon Haigwood
Phildaupho Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Hey Jon - Great to see a bunch of Deuces. I really like your orange 5-window.
misterNNL Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 My favorite would have to be the Sanford piece. It's just plain neat.
Jon Haigwood Posted April 18, 2015 Author Posted April 18, 2015 Heres a shot of the interior of the Gold Rush and Steve's Coupe before assembly
wayne swayze Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Nice trio of deuces. The Sanford version is my favourite just because of the colours and the wide whites, plus it's a highboy. The interior jumps out because of the light colours as well. Bet you'll enjoy doing a 3 window! Nice work after your long break from the hobby!
Stray Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Awesome learning builds. Welcome back to the bench mate. The three look fantastic. I use AA paints as well and I know you have to see them in person to really get a sense of the depth the colours have. I hope the comp's go well for ya!
Sidney Schwartz Posted April 19, 2015 Posted April 19, 2015 They're all great. It's hard to choose a favorite.
