When I saw the title, I thought of this.

Whoa...and it moves under its own power too. Pretty impressive.

I wonder what wears out and pops first, the CV-joints in the drive axles, or the tire sidewalls.

Probably the ink in the cops pen from writing out the tickets!

I get the distinct feeling that you could turn that front wheel, and it wouldn't change your direction of travel a lick.

"Steering the Kettenkrad was accomplished by turning the handlebars: Up to a certain point, only the front wheel would steer the vehicle. A motion of the handlebars beyond that point would engage the track brakes to help make turns sharper. It was also possible to run the vehicle without the front wheel installed and this was recommended in extreme off-road conditions where speed would be kept low."

The weird lowrider has nothing in common with the mini tank....

His response w/ that video was in regards to the title of the thread... in Back to the Future, the Doc says "Roads, where we're going we dont need roads!" and then the wheels of the DeLorean fold in and turn in to rocket boosters... And that video he posted, the car has some serious camber that almost looks as if its about to take off like the back to the future time machine... so no, nothing to do with tanks... but the thread title however.... pretty close.

Ah, that makes more sense. Thanks Fred.
