To make it "perfect" in my view, i made also decals for the speedometer (?) and the emblem on the trunklid.

Then add an outside rear view mirror and you'll be finished! ;)

Beautiful model. The colors are so right for the 1950s. I don't think I've ever seen this kit built any better.

Thank you Ben!

Mike, they are there :( ...perhaps your browser?

Dominick, The first one materialized today, but none of the others. I'm on Firefox, I opened the thread on Chrome, same story. All other pics on all other threads load immediately. Very confusing.

That's the most important thing... ;)

Beautiful work, Dominik !

It's no secret, that Dominik and I are brothers. So I can't remember, how often he wrote through WhatsApp, because of all the issues with the paint, the foil and so on.

At the end, it turned out so good, that I look like a beginner with my model kits. Not even he is my brother but in my point of view it is perfect. The comments here proof it to me too. I love the car and all the details (e.g. window rubber and trim).

Excellent.

Mike, did you try other threads of Dominik (e.g his Impala http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=102188)? Is it everywhere in his topics? So it could be that there is an issue with the spam filter. Our webspace provider has changed and I don't know, whether he changed to a server or just took it over from the old provider (this is what they told us), which is maybe unsafe for your systems?

Sorry for the delayed response Christian. I can view pictures on any other thread, but none of Dominik's hosted photos. His linked pictures in the last post are visible. The reason is that his image hosting site was flagged by my Sophos anti-virus as infected. I didn't want to go charging in there after seeing that. It's unfortunate, as I have a friend who wants me to build a '57 wagon when they come out in that light pea green and white combo.

@Mike ... It's ok. Life is outside the digital world ;) Thank you for your respond! I'll have an eye on it and will tell it to the new provider.
