StevenGuthmiller Posted June 13, 2015 Author Posted June 13, 2015 Oh, wait, not what you meant, I guess. Works for me. I guess I didn't specify that it had to be made of plastic! Steve

bbowser Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 What a great thread, some really outstanding models.
Harry P. Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 I don't know if this would have been considered a "full size" Buick back in the day, but this 1911 Buick 14B is the only model Buick I've ever built...

That's just downright beautiful Harry! Yes, I would say that it would classify as "full sized". They didn't make compacts back then, did they? Steve
om617 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 These are really sweet. Love the full sized Buics. Btw are the 61 Invicta considered full size? Have many projects but none are very much to look at as they are now.
Foxer Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 I avoided this thread until now .. guess I had '70-80's in my head. But, everything shown so far has been beautiful!!
promoman Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 All look great. The 60 Invicta is beautiful. My Aunt had the same car in green. What a car!
StevenGuthmiller Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 That's a boat load of beautiful Rivs Steve!! Steve I avoided this thread until now .. guess I had '70-80's in my head. But, everything shown so far has been beautiful!! Was there anything from the 70s & 80s that looked good? Steve

Lovefordgalaxie Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 Well, I build models for fun, and for me having fun is building what you really love. In my case, what I really love since I was a small kid in short pants are Ford cars, so, I build them way more than any other thing, after all, modeling is a work of love. Even having said that, once in a while I do build something non Ford, and those are mostly Chevrolet cars. I just built one Buick, a '62 Electra deuce and a quarter. 1962 Buick Electra 225 by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1962 Buick Electra 225 by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1962 Buick Electra 225 by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1962 Buick Electra 225 by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1962 Buick Electra 225 by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr She's all box stock i'm afraid.

What are you afraid of Tulio? It looks fantastic! All of the custom work in the world can't improve on the class that these old cars had straight from the factory floor in my opinion. Great work!!
