thatz4u Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 Someone has too much free time & has read tooo many comic books
Austin T Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 I usually don't care for outlandish body work done to cars but that is actually pretty cool. Looks like something that should be nuclear powered.
unclescott58 Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Better than the Batmobiles from the movies. Scott
Lownslow Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 (edited) paint is ugly and the wheels suck, the usual "eh lets just put torqs on it cause were generic too" Edited June 26, 2015 by Lownslow
Jantrix Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 the wheels suck, the usual "eh lets just put torqs on it cause were generic too" Oh man. That's complete BS. Torques (and other five spokes like Keystones, Cragars) aren't generic. They are "classic". They speak of muscle and have for generations. When the current "dub" fad is a faded memory, people will still be sporting a classic five spoke.

cobraman Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 That car was the focus of the new tv show called Leepu and Pitbull or something close to that.
Crazy Ed Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 That car was the focus of the new tv show called Leepu and Pitbull or something close to that. Thanks Ray, You just freed up and hour of DVR time - delete
Brizio Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 It remind me of a KISS band whit they painted faces.
cobraman Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 I don't have a pic but it had a flat rear panel with two large round tail lights.
Monty Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 That car was the focus of the new tv show called Leepu and Pitbull or something close to that. I don't mean to insult anyone who happens to like the show, but I just don't see how people can continue to watch trash like this. As expected, the show borrows all the usual formulaic drama-generating premises that other auto-themed shows have beaten into the ground (Parts difficulties! Cost overruns! Time constraints!) but adds the concept of a metal-working visionary/drama queen who insists on having his way around the shop and showing up only when he's "inspired". Just the kind of guy you want around when there's a "time crunch". As for the "project", the car was hideous, especially the back end. Can't wait to see what it costs to repair when the kid wraps it around a power pole (and with a stick and that engine, you know he will). Lastly, I'm sure I wasn't the only one who laughed out loud when that pile of poop overheated in traffic. I guess the "visionary" didn't envision that happening.
bobthehobbyguy Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 Just the tripe that got me to cancel paid programming. The sad thing is people must be watching it or they wouldn't be shoveling this stuff out.
RodneyBad Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 orange county choppers + cars = Some ole Drama... Watched the show.... DVR'ed. Fast forward thru most of it til the end. Ugh... I'd watch another or 2 episodes, hope for the best but will bury with the rest..
DeeCee Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 That is HIDEOUS ! Some one should have been shot for that effort..
