James2 Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 If you saw the build thread you know the story behind this build. From a club build to a disaster and a smashed body. I used a set of PPP Modified tires, wheels from an AMT Corvette Gasser kit, some kit bashing/scratch building, Tamiya Light Gun Metal, a little weathering and two kits to come up with this. It's an easy kit to put together with very few problems other than part location in the instructions and a few sequence issues I created myself. At some point between body #1 and #2 I got the cursed just get it done fever and rushed to the end. I believe it could have been nicer if I had taken more time. I am happy with it the way it is though!
tubbs Posted July 8, 2015 Posted July 8, 2015 very nice James. like that you didn't use the shaker..... after looking at yours, maybe i'll forget about mine. I did start it by the way.....
bogger44 Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 I love the gunmetal with the red stripe. That is a great, and tough, looking fish, nice work.

Jantrix Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 James that looks great. I love the hunkered down stance with good fat tires. Looks like a serious threat in a street race.
James2 Posted July 10, 2015 Author Posted July 10, 2015 Just thought I say thanks for the kind comments everyone. I'll finish a few things and dust it up a bit and place in the cabinet.
