PatW Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 I seem to be on an Urban Camo kick at present, as well as my McLarem MP4-12 earlier. And more>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> More............................. Whereas with the McLaren MP4-12 earlier I used decals, this one I painted instead.
Foxer Posted July 20, 2015 Posted July 20, 2015 Oh My! I do hope I never get hit by that on the road!
StevenGuthmiller Posted July 21, 2015 Posted July 21, 2015 I never saw this one coming! Oh.....I guess that was the point! Steve
PatW Posted July 21, 2015 Author Posted July 21, 2015 Cheers guys, I wasn't really sure what reaction this would get!
Lunajammer Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 Looks like something that could've been sent out against the Jerrys.
PatW Posted July 24, 2015 Author Posted July 24, 2015 Thanks guys, yes we only had a programme on our TV channels relating to urban camo painted warships ( black and white lines or triangles) in WW2 to confuse German U-Boats!
Ramfins59 Posted July 24, 2015 Posted July 24, 2015 That can be difficult to look at...... It kind of makes it difficult to focus on the car.... Unless it's just my old eyes..!!
StevenGuthmiller Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Thanks guys, yes we only had a programme on our TV channels relating to urban camo painted warships ( black and white lines or triangles) in WW2 to confuse German U-Boats! Confuses me a little too! Steve
thatz4u Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Thanks guys, yes we only had a programme on our TV channels relating to urban camo painted warships ( black and white lines or triangles) in WW2 to confuse German U-Boats!Confuses me a little tooAt a certain age, confusion is standard not optional. Wish I could see the Merc, but someone camoed it & it vanished.. :-) Steve
PatW Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 I'm even confused! Especially when I took the masking tape off!I put the Merc down on the table and couldn't find it!As you can see I like different! Thanks for all of your comments.
TooOld Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Thanks guys, yes we only had a programme on our TV channels relating to urban camo painted warships ( black and white lines or triangles) in WW2 to confuse German U-Boats! Now I understand the "urban camo" paint scheme , but I was a bit dazed when I first saw it . Very well done Pat , and I think different is good ! We don't want to get bored do we ?
PatW Posted July 25, 2015 Author Posted July 25, 2015 (edited) Your dead right Bob boring is really bad and it hurts the imaginary juices! As per my previous post with the McLaren MP4-12 converting it to a road car and using camo decals ,I painted this one instead. Did you notice that I used the smaller rear wheel covers on the front? Edited July 25, 2015 by PatW
Danno Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Whoa! I . . . just . . . can't . . . see . . . it.
