It's an Izh, built by the same factory that produced the famous Kalishnikov automatic weapon. Good Russian car, strong like bull, smells like one too. But I prefer this one

Sumthing is just not right with that gal. Can't quite put my finger on it though. It's like her head is dislocated or something.

DING DING, he;s right! :D

It does doesn't it, kinda Opelish :)

No I am telling ya it looks nearly that of a Mitzi GTO. ;)

Check it out, right down to the sail panel fins.

I noticed that too but the vent lines go the wrong way. The door handles were wrong on every Japanese car I looked at. All had pull up lever type. The Audi has typical European pushbutton type.

Yeah, I see that now, but sure looks Japanese, doesn't it?

Oh yeah! Why do you think I was looking at Japanese cars? :D:)

Dual-Ghia. It's Chrysler powered. Sinatra and Dean Martin owned them.

You are correct, sir! It's a 1961 model, designed by Virgil Exner.

That is a Treser converted ur-quattro. He converted that to a convertible in the late 80s early 90s before his company went under.

....and you don't want me to start putting cars up here. Just because you picked a car I didn't get doesn't mean you will get any of what I could put up! CAL would be OK, but I could bury you!!! :P:lol:

BTW, I looked at every marque except Audi! I knew it was German but like CAL said, that thing looks so Asian it hurts!

I just bet that you are thinking everyone is going to say Stutz Bearcat or Mercer Raceabout, especially with that yellow paint job but some of us brass era aficionadas know better. I will say Oakland 1910-1915 approx. Did I amke your day, Mr. Zeb?

Andy Martin

So Solly Charlie (Andy), Starkist wants only Quality Tuna. Nope not an Oakland.....Guess again.

No! No photoshopping here. I saw that pic elsewhere and her head didn't look so off kilter. I think the original pic was not digital and it was scanned off a very low-tech machine.
