Ferrari 612 Scaglietti

This is the Revell kit of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti.  In 2005, when the car was introduced, Ferrari sent two cars, one red with a silver nose and another silver car with a red nose both with special markings, on a 15,000 mile tour across China.   This model represents one of those cars.

The build is box stock with KA decals.  Paint is Tamiya Bright Red and Gloss Aluminum spray, decanted and airbrushed, and Omni two-part clearcoat.

Beautiful replica of the original car.I remember this tour of China as it was very well documented on the Ferrari website at the time. The biggest marketing campaign ever done by Ferrari that was not tied to their F1 team. Very nicely built model. Well done.
