Snake45 Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 Very nice! You don't see these built every day.
vintagercr Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I love these little Rancheros. Nice work!
Fanof69 Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Great looking build. I like that color combo. I have the 57 Ford Del Rio Wagon I'm doing in a similar color scheme, and now I know how good it can look.
skymnky721 Posted January 3, 2016 Author Posted January 3, 2016 Why thanks for the nice comments,,theres so many great builds here,,hard to keep up with them all. Just a bit of background on this kit,,I was going to do it full out Pro-street,,but just decided to do a nice street car instead,,I would have had to chop up the bed +rear fender wells to do full out PS,,ect,,ect,,didnt want to mess up the nice bed, wheel wells in the back. Used Tamiya tapes,,+ testors QD enamels for 2 tone work. Thanks for looking,,all the best. S.
skymnky721 Posted January 6, 2016 Author Posted January 6, 2016 Thanks for the nice comments,, I like chrome,,but I also like "anodized" finishes,,so thats why I paint some of the bumpers, rims,,ect for color contrast,
DumpyDan Posted January 7, 2016 Posted January 7, 2016 Looks good for a Ranchero, not my cup of tea. Last one I built I turned in to a Sedan........Hahaha
