Porscheman Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I got this the day after Christmas and enjoyed every minute of this build. Painted Tamiya Black with a Tri-color Red & White interior. Thanks for looking. Al Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki Hosted on Fotki
Harry P. Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Pretty slick. Too bad it looks like a model because it doesn't have any mirrors, inside or out.
Danno Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Or license plate. Or, in the absence of a license plate, it should have empty little plastic screw nuts in the bumper. Nice build!

Geno Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Wow, that looks bada$$, You done it justice Al, I think it looks great.
'70 Grande Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Other than the Moebius-provided build shown at some of the model shows last year, this is the very first built-up that I have seen of this new kit! And, your build looks stunning, Al! A great color combination that is near the top of my list of favorite paint schemes for this car! Thanks for posting it and telling us it was a joy to build; now I've got to get mine ordered!
Harry P. Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Thanks Harry. I try to do mirrors, but I have that MS thing and have trouble keeping my hands still.AlSorry, Al. I didn't know.
Porscheman Posted January 5, 2016 Author Posted January 5, 2016 Sorry, Al. I didn't know. That's OK Harry. I still love you.

StevenGuthmiller Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Nice Al!Did you have issues with the fit of the wheels & windshield like everyone is talking about?Looks like you may have had to go a little crazy with the glue on the windshield to get it in. Steve

SteveI did have any trouble with the wheels, but the window are another story. There isn't any sure fit on the glass and ended up screwing the outer edges with glue. There is also no holes for the muffler, so mounted the exhaust is a real pain. Edited January 5, 2016 by Porscheman

Well, consider yourself a "Test Pilot" on this one Al. This is probably the first one of these kits built anywhere on the planet! At least now the rest of us know what to expect. Steve
Canso65 Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Nice work Al!!This kit is going to sell like crazy. I better get mine before they are all gone. Rob
