Lovefordgalaxie Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 My third build of the year. Second AMT Ford Fairlane Victoria of the year... Built kitbashing parts from the AMT 1956 and 1957 Ford kits. The color is some left over from my 1953 Ford F-100 in Ford color of Seafoam Green, that looks like blue on pictures... Have the complete WIP on my youtube channel. Hope you guys like her. 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr 1956 Ford Vicky Road Racer by Túlio Lazzaroni, on Flickr

Hubert Rollins Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Sure is a nice ride! You do excellent work. Did you use flocking for carpet or something else?
CometMan Posted March 4, 2016 Posted March 4, 2016 Another very sharp build Tulio, love those Merc taillights!
Harry P. Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 What's the story here? Did you use the wrong intake manifold?
1972coronet Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Love it , Tulio ! Looks like some-thing that one would see prowling the streets out here in southern California !
Lovefordgalaxie Posted March 5, 2016 Author Posted March 5, 2016 What's the story here? Did you use the wrong intake manifold? That? That is the AMT 1956 intake manifold. That thing you noticed is AMT's interpretation of the vacuum actuated heater valve. I was going to sand it off, but I forgot. On my stock Vicky it's more or less hidden by the stock Oil Bath air cleaner.
Harry P. Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Oh, ok, I see now. It looked like maybe you had used a twin-carb intake manifold by mistake. Nice model, by the way!
JTalmage Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Beautiful! You really put out some beautiful Fords!
bbowser Posted March 5, 2016 Posted March 5, 2016 Very nice, love the red wheels/whitewalls against the baby blue paint.
