Love the green Nova, looks like Barefoot Ronnie Pace's.

Here’s my new favorite paint job and current completed build.

I normally struggle with glossy paint, so this is a real win for me.

Paint is Testors Inca Gold, Testors White Pearl (firewall), and Duplicolor clear.

I know it is monochromatic, but the design and the little touches just seemed to all come together on this one.

Looking for the type and shade of paint of paint used on a project featured in this forum. I included a photo for anyone who's willing to help out a fellow modeler. Thanks

This one has not been built yest but is one of the tough mask jobs. It was painted Krylon(old formula lacquer)White then Tamiya TS-47 Chrome Yellow and to finish Krylon Lacquer Black. Note the driver "John Winter" was fake name because the real driver didn't want his family to know he was racing.

Out of curiosity, does the NewMan sponsorship have anything to do with the drivers true identity?

Extremely nice masking and paint job on this iconic 956. Well done!

John Winter was Louis Krages, a German businessman/racer. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_Krages

NewMan was a French label of men's fashion clothing. Sorry, no secret identity here.
