Intmd8r
Here’s my new favorite paint job and current completed build. I normally struggle with glossy paint, so this is a real win for me. Paint is Testors Inca Gold, Testors White Pearl (firewall), and Duplicolor clear. Edited March 27, 2017 by Intmd8r
ZIL 111V
Testors Purple metal flake + MMÂ clear coats, not an easy enamel color to work with, but got thru!: Â
Pete J.
I know it is monochromatic, but the design and the little touches just seemed to all come together on this one.

horsepower
This one has not been built yest but is one of the tough mask jobs. It was painted Krylon(old formula lacquer)White then Tamiya TS-47 Chrome Yellow and to finish Krylon Lacquer Black. Note the driver "John Winter" was fake name because the real driver didn't want his family to know he was racing. Â Out of curiosity, does the NewMan sponsorship have anything to do with the drivers true identity?
Bill Eh?
Out of curiosity, does the NewMan sponsorship have anything to do with the drivers true identity?Extremely nice masking and paint job on this iconic 956. Well done!John Winter was Louis Krages, a German businessman/racer. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Louis_KragesNewMan was a French label of men's fashion clothing. Sorry, no secret identity here.
