The kits shown above have the DOHC Hemi in them? They look like "regular" Hemis to me. I've never seen the DOHC Hemi in any kit I've ever had. But, I'm not a big Mopar guy. And when be do build Mopars, I build showroom/factory stock versions. So a few with regular Hemis, but no DOHC versions.

I think it was in the 70 street custom kit. I have one in still sealed in a Walmart 4 pack .  I was told it had a DOHC hemi but I can't verify that.

It's either the '71 Plymouth GTX kit or the '68 Dodge Dart Hemi GTS I believe...

The odd thing to me is that the 426 DOHC engine in the SuperBee looks more accurate than any Ford 427 SOHC engine I have seen kitted, even though the Ford SOHC was actually run in lots of drag cars and even top fuelers.

Did that DOHC HEMI ever get past prototype stage? It was never actually made, was it? Odd that it would have been tooled up and included in a kit.
