smellyfatdude
Sorry for the crappy indoor pics, but it's raining so this will do 'til the sun shines once again. All in all a nice kit, and the engine swap was a no-brainer. Edited May 25, 2016 by smellyfatdude
smellyfatdude
The engine I alluded to.

bbowser
Great model SFD! I love the slant 6, dog dishes, and loud 60's color.
1972coronet
That's one fine RL21B51 there , S.F.D. ! That Leaning Tower of Power looks right at home under its bonnet ! One of those in black & white with a 3-speed on the column , and you'd have an L.A.S.D. "Patroller Special" , just like the ones my uncle drove back in the day .Great job ! mod3l Lover
Yes, I was hoping it was a slant six! And I learned a while back that they made a Hi-Pro version of the 225 six just for Police Specials. David S.

rmvw guy
Absolutely beautiful!!! I'm not a Mopar guy at all so I hope you take this as a huge compliment. I love the choice of a slant 6. My parents had a brand new '64 Dodge Dart and yes, it did have the slant 6 engine which I worked on a few times. I remember changing the spark plugs with the deep sleeves and o rings. The only Mopar in my collection is a '41 Plymouth. Yours really takes me back. I love the color choice and the simple body style.
