John you must have a  warehouse of building supplies you nail it every time you build down to the smallest detail.Enjoy watching you work your magic.

I'd no idea these even existed. Trying to achieve consistent bends has always been an issue for me, when doing roll cages or exhaust. It's a game changer. Thanks John.

Hi Rob......I had no idea either......My good friend Chris Sobak AKA  "Mooneys"  told me about these .......I thought I would try them out for the same reason you had......I will be using them again...........thanks Chris:)........Plastruct has a few different ones and sizes too.

Geeez, One month later and 4 pages of comments I see you have a new thread going!

I'm kinda sharp, heh?

Looks like you're having fun with this one.

It's a good thing most of us car modelers are old guys who remember what a "Phonebooth" was!

Just love your prowess with plastic dude and the "elbows" from Plastruc are great...need to get some!

catch ya later, bro

Hello........thank you all so very much for the kind comments.......I really do appreciate them:).......I had to add a bead of Evergreen styrene around the edge of the rear resin wheels I bought from Ebay to fit the Revell 1/16 scale slicks that I used.......I modified the front and rear wheels and painted them Alclad......I used MENG nut and bolt ends for the front and rear lug nuts, painted silver and lightly weathered......I also made some valve stems and used "Pro Tech" hex fittings  for them.......I made some rear tracktion bars and front radious bars and painted  them Alclad.......I used "Pro Tech" nut and bolt ends on the front and rear end and used a "Pro Tech" T`' fitting for the rear brake lines......I weathered the tires with white,Black and light gray "Folk Art" Acrylic paints.......I know that the rear end and the front end are diffirent from the the 1:1 car but, like I stated in my very first post, this will not be an exact replica.......I am using what I had in the donor kit.......I will work on the engine tomorrow.......thaks for looking.

Dayum Johnny Boy!!! You are the Master when it comes to Alclad. Those Wheels look freaking real. That chassis is looking killer as well. This is turning out so nice . Seems what ever you build or touch it turns into Gold. I can't wait to see what you have in store for us next. I know one thing.... It will be Bad A$$!

You're steaming right through it John.  I'd still be drawing sketches or something.   Amazing.  btw, how do you do your lettering on your tires. Anything unusual?   Cheers, tim
