maltsr Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Overall a great kit with nicely molded, well-fitting parts. I lowered the suspension by chopping the rear coils and reversing the optional front spindles. The only other deviation was to use the individual air cleaners off the plated parts sprue, but not shown in the instructions. As usual, paint is Tamiya rattlecan.

kelson Posted September 25, 2016 Posted September 25, 2016 Good looking build!,did you have any issues with installing the window's?.
maltsr Posted September 26, 2016 Author Posted September 26, 2016 Thanks all. The glass fit isn't perfect but is much better than a lot of US kits where the glass fits from the inside.
Speedfreak Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Very nice! Looks great, nice paint work and color choices.
modelercarl Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Excellent build! I was discharged from the Army in August '64 and the first thing I did when I got home is to buy one of these (in white) that I found at a used car lot. Drove it for about 3 years. This really brings back some good memories. I have 2 of these in my stash, got the bug to move one of them up in the schedule after seeing your fantastic build.
carman1 Posted September 26, 2016 Posted September 26, 2016 Very very nice ! I love the color combo !
