Hello,

It is finally finished!!!!! My 2006 Z06 in Cobra Colors Velocity Yellow.

This is one of those builds I can set on the dining table, stand back, look at it and smile with pride. It is by no means perfect, but I am proud of how it came out. It looks even better in person than in the pics.

Sorry for the many pics but I took 105 pictures and narrowed it down to 12 or so.

This is probably my favorite pic

The blue car in the framed picture is actually my C6 convertible model :o

And that is me with the C6-R on the wall

Yes I love the movie, but don't look at the wall. Look at car!!! :D

My very own license plate.

From the side profile you can see the massive calipers and the valve stems

Fully detailed engine bay including the famous oil tank, jump starting warning decal, MAF sensor wiring, electricals, plumbing etc.

Here you can see another look of the dry sump oil tank.

Interiors are very hard to see but everything is there.

I love the underside of this car. Especially the exhaust.

I always have plenty of reference material for visitors and friends to enjoy.

As usual, your comments are welcome.

Thanks,

WOW!

I'm honored for all the nice comments about my work.

I just got a call from the guy responsible for getting me back into model cars about 10 years ago (after my incursion in aircraft). His '53 and '65 Corvette models are still today an inspiration to me.

He saw this post and called to ask me a few questions about polishing and other details and told me I was inspiring him! That's one of the biggest compliments I've received!!

I'm really honored!

Thanks,
