Immortal Chips Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Hi all, completed my latest build today. 1966 Nova SS Outlaw, finished in Candy Lime Green and Black two tone with Orange pin stripes and subtle flames. Nelson Racing Engines twin turbo BBC, scratch built rear wing, wheelie bars, rear suspension and cage. My first turbo car completed, bit of a challenging build but pretty happy with how it turned out. Thanks for looking guys.
dragstk Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Great build, Nick. Looks really nasty I really like the color combination
espo Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Great engineering on this engine and chassis. I like the paint finish and color combination.
NYLIBUD Posted November 27, 2017 Posted November 27, 2017 Very cool.Nice job..Gotta love those box Novas..That's one mean looking car.
djmcguire Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Is the engine scratchbuilt or did you find the Nelson BBC available somewhere?

matthijsgrit Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 I like that, especially the engine: did you use the Shapeways BBC twin turbio kit? I believe it's from TDR Innovations? If so: how did it go together? Nice build!! Great color as well...
Metaldrumm Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 Really cool stuff, usually not a big fan of turbo ,but u made work and everything looks well thought out ,great job.
