I have a number of these engine kits from various vehicles. Although they are absolutly incredable resin castings the instruction are some of the most convoluted I have ever tried to decipher.

Hey Rider. Yes. Between trying to find reference photos and just staring into space trying to figure it out, it did take me a long time to decipher the instructions. For instance (as someone pointed out) I couldn't find a definitive picture showing the direction of the trumpets. Then in the HRM kit, there were all these tiny pieces that I couldn't figure out what to do with. But in a way, I guess HRM thought "hey, we figured it out - now you do the same and good luck!". I'm fine with that. I really admire the guy who did the castings the provided that engine kit. I also have a couple more HRM kits including the Porsche 917 engines. Veering off topic, I did a model of a Lancia Stratos and transplanted a Dino engine from a Fujima kit. I don't suppose anyone knows of another source for those Dino engines - I have some other Stratos and hate building curbsides.
