Some more progress on the Thunderbird.

Now that i started detail painting, I was painting the battery, and noticed it's a 6V battery... Figures, I just noticed that now, after the body is painted and detailed.

Well, it will be a 6V battery. I won't be sanding the top down to fix that. Thanks AMT.

The rest of the detail painting is going ok.

Wow nice! What brand of paint do you use, and how much do you thin it?

I use Sherwin Williams automotive synthetic enamel, and I use Sherwin Williams 0410 Reducer for synthetic enamel. I use 03 parts of paint for one part of reducer. That makes things airbrush ready.

After i saw your T-Bird in the Gallery, i had to look into your wip.

you made the same work on the kit, similar to mine. interesting!. The only different is your paint finish (i never polished a model) and, i sectioned the doorpanels from the dashborad.

like your work. Well done!

I remember seeing your Thunderbird, and getting great ideas from it.

Went to look at the car again, and the pictures won't show on your topic.

Do you have a working link for them?
