Thanks!!

If you need some info, please ask. I have a lot of material on those cars.

Thanks Tulio, may take you up on that. Will PM you some pics tomorrow. It"s the kit that was up for trade a couple of weeks ago.

Beautiful Sunliner.  I also have one in the works, it is on it's third paint job , and heading for its fourth repaint - on the way to the dehydrator a gnat landed on the rear fender.  As you, I did not wire the engine, I am building this one box stock even using the funky wire wheels.

Very nice build, as usual from you !

Quick suggestion with the molotow chrome,  try brush painting future floor polish on it.  I find it doesn't reduce the shine, it's self levelling so no brush marks and it's a barrier from fingerprints etc !

Great job on the model and the dog dish hubcaps (literally; my uncle used a '52-'54 Ford hubcap as a dog dish ). You'd probably be able to sell a bunch if you cast them.

(Sending PM re other stuff.)

Thanks!! So he used the hubcap as a dog dish? That's fun!! My grandfather had a set of 1951 Ford hubcaps as plant vase bases. The ones with the big F.

I also have a unusual use for a Ford hubcap. Use a 1967 Galaxie hubcap (the Ford hubcap used in the U.S. in 1965, and 1966, both on Fairlanes and full size line) as a carburetor small parts washer. Have a set on my '74 Galaxie, a extra set decorating my garage's wall, and this one is on ative duty as a mechanic, LOL!!!

Man, I love this one! The body and interior colors, the steel wheels and hubcaps, it's just my kind of ride. I actually like the fact that the Molotow dulled a bit. It gives it the character of a car that was well kept and aged like a fine wine. Excellent work.
