ranma Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 After I bought my copy of the '68 Chevelle, I went on a internet search for color choices for a '68 Chevelle . I found one that was painted Rally Green , and I liked the look of the '68 Chevelle in that color. Only I didn't care for the rally stripes being in black, And so I chose to go with the white rally stripes instead. I have to get door mirror's for my '68 as I dislike the kit supplied two part mirrors. And so here is my Rally Green '68 Chevelle..
Kmb0319 Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 That’s SWEET!!! I haven’t posted mine Under Glass yet... hoping the rain will let up and I can get a few outdoor pictures before I post, but I just finished my 68 this morning in Grotto Blue. I’ll get a full post on it up in the next day or so. Yours looks great! I saw one pic of a Rally Green one that I liked, too, but it was too close to the color for my Charger Daytona, so it ended up blue.
Sport Suburban Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Very Nice! I haven't even started on mine yet but I did build a resin 68 Chevelle Convertible in Rally Green!
'70 Grande Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Glad this post got started as I've been wanting to see some completed builds of this new kit; post 'em up boys and girls... we wanna see your '68 Chevelles!

Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted February 23, 2019 Posted February 23, 2019 Had to go Red for mine. Can never go wrong with Red. SAM_0435 by Eric Lucas, on Flickr

PappyD340 Posted February 24, 2019 Posted February 24, 2019 All very nice, mine is still in the box, got some other projects in front of it
mikemodeler Posted February 26, 2019 Posted February 26, 2019 Nice job on that Chevelle, I am waiting to get a few more WIPs done before starting on mine.
'70 Grande Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 Anyone else finished a new '68 Chevelle recently; sure would like to see some pics of it!

Maybe it'll show the real color under some better lighting....

If those are the wheels made by Scenes Unlimited, he's discontinued them. I've got two sets and they are excellent, and I had a hard time understanding why they didn't sell well enough to keep in stock. Oh well...
