Hmann68 Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Just awesome!! I love Landy’s paint schemes. Beautiful job on both vehicles, looks like a lot of work there!
Atmobil Posted March 17, 2019 Posted March 17, 2019 Great to see one of these built. You did a lot of good work on that one. I also have the Revell 68 Hemi Dart that I want to build as a dragracer, I want to build the Hustlin Hemi: Here you can see it on what looks to be a 61-66 (check out the door handles, they changed from the fridgeopener type to pushbutton type on modelyear 67) D300 but I have not been able to find any more photos of the truck. The race car however is well covered with decals available from Slixx I belive. 1

I believe it was one of the older Dodge cab conversions from the similiar era Ford cab. Older thread, but wheel question wasn't fully answered. Spent a lot of time studying model truck wheels, always the first thing I would look at when opening any truck kit. IF they are resin, they were knock off's from the Ertl's diecast 1957 Chevy stake truck. Ertl 1957 Case Stake Truck Diecast / Metal Replica 1/25 Scale New | eBay . Danny at Scenes Unlimited now offers some excellent 5 and 6 lug 20" Budd type wheels (his original molds-not knock offs) for medium duties, such as this Dodge D 700.
